Black Love is an intentional space to take a pause from the burdens of this world, to connect with yourself and your partner, and recommit to building bridges not walls. Through this workshop, you will be witnessed and co-create collective wisdom that allows Black Love to thrive, to transform, to be be sacred.
Ross Nyanga is a father, a partner, and founder of Bridges & Stones Family and Relationship Care. He is and African-centered mental health and community worker with over 15 years of experience as a clinician, advocate, and community member in the SF Bay Area. Bridges & Stones is composed of a team that nurtures a holistic healing environment, rooted in the belief that wellness flourishes within a supportive community. Their services encompass individual and relationship care, both virtually and face-to-face, augmented by extensive Oakland resources to foster connection and resilience throughout one's healing journey.
Join as we explore communication, connection, conflict resolution, and self-awareness for Black couples and people of color coupled with a Black person.
